About

Kevin is best known for his work in animated and interactive media—from Inspector Gadget, on which he served as a Producer at age 25, to the acclaimed PBS animated series Liberty’s Kids, which he created and produced, to his role as Senior Vice President of Creative and Executive Producer at Age of Learning, creators of ABCmouse. To see what Kevin continues to do in this arena, visit his studio at www.animatedintelligences.com.

All along the way, while doing shows and games during the day, Kevin was playing music at night. After co-creating a game in the early 90's that became a CBS television series, Kevin took a break, recorded his first album, and performed a handful of live shows. Just as he was preparing to return to work, he was unexpectedly signed by a record company that had heard his first record. Kevin dropped everything and flew to Nashville for a month and recorded his second album. Long story short, nine months later the album was dead—and the record company was going bankrupt

That’s when the idea for Liberty’s Kids hit, and the rest is history. Still, the music never stopped. The guitars were never put down. The writing and practice continued, as did life’s experiences, challenges, and rewards. Now—decades later—Kevin has gone back into the studio, with the end result being Life Goes On. For anyone wishing to find Kevin these days, your best bet is to go to the beach in Santa Monica where you'll probably find him playing guitar and explaining to the homeless outreach people that he's actually OK.
